Survivor & first to go ! I was so bumbed :(

My heart went out to Rupert's wife last night she held herself strong though and Rupert is a good guy IMO to do what he did for her so she could play the game now that is a true loyal and loving husband IMO!

It was sad to see Rupert go and to be the first to go then they voted out Rachel last night well you know I hope when she comes back into the game she tears some of those who voted her out UP :))

I think some of the guys are being IDIOTS JMO now but one in most right now who said he wants to change?? I have seen it briefly but Colton Colton Colton come on was some of that acting or was that for real ? I hope the rest of the game you show that you can be a true young man and play the game but don't act like you did last time please!

Survivor I am ready for tonights episode are you!!??

I am so ready for tonights episode can't wait heard and seen from previews that Colton who said he was going to "change" did not last long how sad is that! I did in some ways knew it would not last long or its production telling him to act up as we all know Big Brother liked to do it so why not all the reality series right? JMO but hey maybe its the guys nature to be like that who knows really we shall see maybe its an act but I doubt it to if you're doubting that thought as well :)

Sorry I have not posted in a week or so everyone been so busy with my son who got a new bed finally a specially made one for him and his special needs and could not be happier about it.. I will try to catch up and post a bit more just know I do check on here daily so I am here even if I don't post... Thank you to all who reads my blog and I Hope you enjoy it as much as I do doing this blog!

 'The Voice' Premiere Recap: The Fastest 4-Chair Turnaround Ever

Fresh off their Emmy win on Sunday night, The Voice has returned for season 5! Original coaches Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera are back with the two coaches who'll never leave, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.

Because Blake is the reigning champ three times over, it's no secret that this season isn't about who wins, but about Blake losing. But he wants you to know that he's just as passionate about cultivating a winner than ever.

Christina wants to convince us that the show isn't about the coaches winning, but it's the talent. Could've fooled me. She's also looking for the whole package, while Cee Lo says he's looking for something different and Blake wants to mix it up this year, meaning he does not want an all-country team?

The coaches perform "I Love Rock and Roll." For a bunch of musicians, they could try showing off some artistry and change up a song once in awhile. Just saying.

Welcome to night one of the blind auditions!

Kat Robichaud ("I've Got the Music in Me" by Kiki Dee Band)

This experienced performer was raised on '70s glam rock, but it's her husband I notice because he's the complete opposite of that genre. I mean, he's got a sweater over a collared shirt and a bow tie! I hope she makes it so we can see more bow ties. Her inspiration is her father, who passed away and loved The Voice.

Kat definitely rocks out, complete with high kicks in her platform shoes. There's a roughness to her voice that sounds like she has a cold (I don't mean that as a diss). She gets everyone but Adam to turn around.

She belongs on Team Cee Lo, and that's who she goes with. He says her voice is fresh and raw and that he was set on fire.

Caroline Pennell ("Anything Could Happen" by Ellie Goulding)

This adorable 17-year-old is a shy and private person and only sings in private, and going up on stage for the first time is life changing. But I love her dad, who wipes his eyes with her hair.

Her voice is definitely unique, and she radiates on stage. She even giggles mid-song after Blake and Cee Lo push their buttons early on.

Blake notes the warmth in her voice, while Cee Lo is definitely pushing hard for her, saying the quirk works for him. She must've liked what she heard because she goes with Team Cee Lo, who already quickly picks up the first two singers.

Donna Allen ("You Are So Beautiful" by Joe Cocker)

At 54, she's the oldest contestant this season. She was the first African-American cheerleader for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and she was even part of the Miami Sound Machine and toured with Gloria Estefan for nine years, but gave up her dream to raise her son. Well, she definitely still thinks it's the '90s because she's sporting an impressive side pony with purple streaks and a sparkly jacket.

I thought Christina and Adam were crazy for pushing their buttons after she gets out six words because while she's strong, she doesn't sound special. But then, wow, there's power and control and this raspy scratch to her voice. Plus, she definitely makes me feel like I'm beautiful to her.

It's a fight between Adam and Christina, who says Donna's voice is like the heavens opening up. Adam says he felt like it was already the end of the season, and I could see why he'd think that. Christina, unfortunately, doesn't stand a chance because Donna wants not just a piece of Team Adam but all of Adam. It's a little astonishing but definitely hilarious as he hugs her and she locks her legs around him.

Jake Worthington ("Keep Your Hands to Yourself" by Georgia Satellites)

This 17-year-old from Texas has the motto of "Not much to it, besides to do it." He's having fun and dancing around, but I don't have a good feeling about this. It's all a good time, but the singing just isn't there.

Indeed, no one turns around. Blake points out how Jake ran out of breath and he didn't take a big, vocal challenge. He's super apologetic, though, but he shouldn't be. He's not going to miss him.

Matthew Schuler ("Cough Syrup" by Young the Giant)

A bagel shop worker, he writes songs to memorize ingredients in orders. But he doesn't give us an example, which is a bummer.

This is the fastest four-chair turnaround in history. But it's definitely not a perfect vocal. There are some unnecessary runs, and at one point, he strains his voice. But those definitely are things that the coaches can work with him on.

All the coaches pitch hard, like Blake saying Matthew can make him lucky with his wife if he joins his team. And he joins Team Christina! Wow, she wins the first four-chair battle of the season, and she even says she didn't think she'd get him.

Nic Hawk ("Hit 'Em Up Style (Oops!)" by Blu Cantrell)

He calls himself a mix of Amy Winehouse and Jessie J, but the male version. He's been in 25 musicals in seven years. That is a ton. He moved back home to help his family after his stepfather of 15 years just moved out without any notice. Now he works as a hip-hop dance instructor and bartender, and helps his younger brother, who has epilepsy.

This is a hard song to sing because there are just so many darn words! But he's really getting the words out effortlessly. I like his tone more when he's able to hold out his notes, but that's just a matter of song choice.

As he contemplates between Adam and Cee Lo, Nic says he might not focus with Adam because he's so good looking. Ha! This prompts Adam to hide his face behind his card and Blake to give a standing ovation. Nic must focus now because he joins Team Adam.

Matthew Brea ("I Want You Back" by the Jackson 5)

Before Matthew takes the stage, we get clips of three young singers who definitely sound their age and don't get any chairs to turn around. And now we have 15-year-old Matthew. He's like an excited puppy, it's adorable. When he was seven, he lost his brother, who was two, and he had to sing at his funeral. Dang. I'm kind of getting a bad feeling about this as Matthew says there are no second chances. Please don't break this kid's heart, coaches.

He definitely doesn't sound his age, but you can still kind of tell he's raw because he doesn't pronounce some of the words, and he's a bit pitchy, but he should definitely come back in two years.

No one turns around. Ugh, this is horrible. He's just a kid! Cee Lo says he thought he was 40. He points out that Matthew can work on the technical aspects of singing and tells him to never give up. Matthew tells the story of losing his brother, and Cee Lo comes backstage as the kid is crying. Cee Lo shares the fact that he sang at his mom's funeral in 1995, and at this point, I can't even make out the television because my eyes can't see through my tears.

Shelbie Z ("Here for the Party" by Gretchen Wilson)

She loves hair and she loves pageants, which she's won 45 of. Holy cow! That's a lot of crowns. She talks about how she stopped competing in pageants for five years when she was 10 because kids teased her since she wasn't "pretty enough" and she was a bigger girl. Ugh, so mean.

She's a powerful country singer, but the more she's singing, the more she reminds me of a former Team Blake singer. I just had to look her up again. Well, no wonder she sounds familiar, she sang the exact same song as Liz Davis did during her blind audition for season 3. They are the same singer, but I give the edge to Liz in this version.

That's not to take anything away from Shelbie. She gets everyone to turn around except Adam. There's pain and anger behind her voice, and I'm going to like her because of her attitude. But I can't get the comparison out of my head.

In a move that surprises no one, she goes with Team Blake.

Josh Logan ("Too Close" by Alex Clare)

He's 33. Had a kid at 16. He's a rock singer. Trying to support his family.

It's a decent performance, a good/great performance, but I'm not terribly excited over it. Like he could be the token rocker of the season.

He does get everyone except Cee Lo to turn around. Blake declares his man crush on Josh. Christina pitches wanting to experiment with a different singer, and he goes with Team Christina! She's really winning these battles tonight.

Delvin Choice ("Closer" by Ne-Yo)

He's known as the singing barista at Starbucks (they must be happy with the product placement they payed nothing for). He declares that there's been no one like him and that Cee Lo might be jealous. Um, he's definitely confident. But can he bring it?

I like his bravado because his tone is smooth, and Cee Lo wants to push his button but doesn't.

No one turns around. Man, I definitely don't think he should've had that fate. Cee Lo makes a good point that the quickness of the song didn't lend itself to showing off because you're just expecting a good time, rather than an impressive vocal performance.

James Wolpert ("Love Interruption" by Jack White)

He's a computer nerd who quit college at Carnegie Mellon, of all places, to pursue his singing career. He works at Apple. (Wow, first a Starbucks worker and now Apple?)

I really, really like his voice. It's easy on the ears, and he builds to this amazing bravado and then soars. I didn't think he had it in him! He definitely does this already great song justice. All four chairs turn around, although Adam and Cee Lo are first, then Blake pushes his button in the middle of the song and Christina finally comes to her senses by the last note.

As the final singer of the night, all the coaches throw everything at James. Blake says there's so much character in his voice, that he's a complete vocalist. He also says he expected someone with long hair and a beard. Ha. Christina goes the Pittsburgh route, where she grew up and he lives right now. Adam jumps in to say his BFF is from Pittsburgh. He also tries to compare Blake's three wins to the NBA that James must've understood because he goes with Team Adam!

So after night one of the blind auditions, Adam has three singers, Cee Lo and Christina have two and Blake has his lone country singer.

The Voice returns Tuesday at 8pm on NBC for the second night of blind auditions.

Dancing with the Stars Review

I got a review for Dancing With the Stars which I did not watch forgot it was on but I am in a group that I own that a member and friend of mine posted the results and preview of the show.. I only want to watch this season I think because Valerie Harper is on and Bill Nye yes the science guy believe it or not and is doing well from what I heard to.. Jack Osborne is on there to and both Ozzy and Sharon have been there from what I seen and heard supporting him which has to be boosting the ratings for the show we all know :)

Anyhow here are the reviews not sure if there is a link or not but this what I have enjoy and have a great day or evening everyone where ever in the world you maybe :)

'Dancing with the Stars' Recap: Latin Night and the First Elimination

If you thought the Dancing with the Starsseason 17 premiere was muy caliente, tonight will be even mas. The 12 couples will all perform again (and it's Latin Night, in case my awesome Spanglish wasn't obvious) and one will be eliminated at the end of the noche.

Will this new format help the show maintain strong ratings against The Voice, which just won an Emmy for Outstanding Reality Competition? Or will the appeal of Emmy-winning choreographer Derek Hough reign supreme (as I suspect he will on the leaderboard with Amber Riley)?

There isn't a second to lose, so join me for this exciting two hours of hot Latin dancing action complete with Rumbas and my single favorite dance of all-time, the Paso Doble.

Vivo de Hollywood...es Bailando con las Estrellas!

I'm not a fan of these group dance introductions. I miss the old music with the awesome voiceover guy as the couples descended the staircase.

Elizabeth Berkley and Val Chmerkovskiy: Samba

After a beautiful contemporary routine, this week is all about the passion. She moves with fiery speed and precision. This should easily cement herself as a serious contender and frontrunner. Len Goodman says it's close to perfect and calls her "Queen Elizabeth." They all praise how many of the difficult moves she got right. A very sweaty Val takes all the blame and does a great job supporting his partner.

Judges' Scores: 8+9+8=25
Two Week Total: 24+25=49

Christina Milian and Mark Ballas: Paso Doble

It's a king and Queen theme with big ferocity, which is what I want in a Paso. It's definitely fast with great musicality to Lady Gaga's "Applause." I feel like this entire dance is a response to my complaints about her dullness last wee. Definitely an improvement with lots of attitude.

Judges' Scores: 9+8+8=25
Two Week Total: 22+25=47

Wow, two dances and two 25s, these judges are in a great mood.

Bill Engvall and Emma Slater: Jive

Uh-oh, the other stars doing the Jive are Amber and Corbin. Emma's plan is to steal Derek Hough's choreography. Pretty sneaky. Bill is a tad stiff, but he's got some crazy feet and, just like last week, he's a whole lot better than I ever would've imagined he'd be. Carrie Ann Inaba thought it was the most fun of the night, but with some funky footwork.

Judges' Scores: 7+7+7=21
Two Week Total: 18+21=39

That's a generous score based mostly on entertainment value. If a different star had done that, there would be 6s and 5s.

Jack Osbourne and Cheryl Burke: Rumba

It's supposed to be sensual, which Jack has trouble with. His mom shows up during rehearsals, and doing a sexy dance in front of your mom is awkward. The performance itself is incredibly steamy and Jack is quite great, especially doing a nice split. Len thinks he does weird things with his hands, but for the most part the judges are positive. Carrie Ann thinks he comes from Game of Thrones times. Yeah, I could see him as Robb Stark or Jon Snow, which would make Ozzy and Sharon Ned and Catelyn.

Judges' Scores: 8+8+8=24
Two Week Total: 23+24=47

Keyshawn Johnson and Sharna Burgess: Samba

He knows he's the underdog, but this isn't the comeback story he was hoping for. He lumbers around the ballroom like Frankenstein's monster, and a moment when he motorboats Sharna feels desperate. I stand by my prediction that he's going home later tonight. During the criticism he starts to get emotional about how far he's come, because he probably agrees with me that he's in serious danger.

Judges' Scores: 6+6+6=18
Two Week Total: 17+18=35

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Sasha Farber: Rumba

Tom Bergeron is still trying to make "Snoocole" happen, or as I call her, "Snook-Hole." It's not as funny as Tom thinks it is. The routine is about a man who makes a mistake and asks his woman for forgiveness. Snooki assumes he killed someone or went to jail or had multiple affairs. She's worried about getting too sexy with Sasha.

Who is this woman? Because she's pretty and sensual, and it's not at all what I expect from Snooki. Motherhood has done wonders for her. The judges didn't like it as much as I did, complaining about a lack of fluidity. Carrie Ann is on Lift Patrol and sounds her siren. Basically, it was pretty, but too staccato and lacked character.

Judges' Scores: 6+7+7=20
Two Week Total: 23+20=43

Aww, poor Snook-Hole, she's the first person to do worse than she did in week 1.

Leah Remini and Tony Dovolani: Samba

During rehearsals, Leah reveals her fears that the Church of Scientology wants her to fail so they can say it's because she left. I think "I was sabotaged by Lord Xenu" should be the new "The dog ate my homework." The performance itself is kind of dull for me. It seems stiff and she lacks the Latin fire I want, but the judges love it. I need to pull out my E-Meter, because something is wrong with the judges' Thetan levels.

Judges' Scores: 8+8+8=24
Two Week Total: 21+24=45

Bill Nye and Tyne Stecklein: Paso Doble

Hot Knowledge is OK with all the negativity from the judges because they know they have the fans on their side. A bunch of MENSA members in lab coats are in the audience for support. Bill is dressed as Beethoven, and it's a wonderfully funny routine, but the dancing is still not very good. He's definitely a master of creating characters and memorable routines. Bruno Tonioli gives the backhanded compliment of being shocked that there was actually some dancing in there.

Judges' Scores: 6+5+6=17
Two Week Total: 14+17=31

He stayed within 4 points of Keyshawn, which might be all he needs with all the love he's getting.

Guest Judges
Len Goodman is going to take a few weeks off this season, so they'll bring in guest judges, including Julianne Hough in two weeks! Um, that's gonna be awkward with her judging her brother. But I'm excited.

Corbin Bleu and Karina Smirnoff: Jive

Since they're dancing to One Direction, they go for the full High School Musical feel. It's energetic and a ton of fun. Seriously, this kid is way, way too good to be on this show. He's jumping, jiving and wailing all over the place and it's so freaking good. Corbin got to third base with Len, which sounds so dirty and so wrong. Corbin does say that he got lucky with these first two dances, but once he gets into things like the Quickstep, it will probably get more difficult.

Judges' Scores: 9+8+9=26
Two Week Total: 24+26=50

Valerie Harper and Tristan MacManus: Paso Doble

Her knee gave her some trouble during rehearsal, but she's working through the pain. She puts it in perspective, saying she's 74 with terminal brain cancer, so she's not about to let a little knee sprain stop her. I love her so much because she embraces the fact that she's playing with house money. The dance is spicy and fun, but it's obvious she missed a lot of steps and seemed totally lost. Carrie Ann is willing to call Valerie out on forgetting at least one-third of the dance, but only because she knows Valerie wants to be judged just like everyone else.

Judges' Scores: 6+6+7=19
Two Week Total: 21+19=40

Seriously? You can forget one-third of your steps and still get a 19? I know she's an inspiration, but that dance deserves a 16 at the most.

Brant Daugherty and Peta Murgatroyd: Rumba

The sexiest couple of the season is back for another sexy dance. You gotta have a gimmick, and these two know that sex appeal is theirs, so I'm fine that they play it up every week. Their strategy is to have Brant stare at Carrie Ann as Peta undresses him. It's definitely steamy, and by the end I feel like I need a cigarette and a cold shower. Carrie Ann correctly points out that these two are more than just sexual chemistry, he also has great moves. She and Len get into a fight over the fluidity.

Judges' Scores: 8+7+8=23
Two Week Total: 22+23=45

Amber Riley and Derek Hough: Jive

There's a concern that the Jive will cause Amber's bouncing breasts to knock Derek out. The dance is good, but she definitely set the bar too high last week. Her feet seem a little slow and off to me, but it's still energetic. The judges all agree that her feet were the biggest problem.

It's funny that Dancing with the Stars is proving that every hour-long results show for any reality competition can be condensed into less than 15 minutes if you just read the names all in a row.

Elizabeth and Val are...SAFE

Whew. Since I picked them to win, it would've been embarrassing if they went out first. We learn that Bill and Keyshawn don't necessarily have the two lowest combined scores.

Keyshawn Johnson and Sharna Burgess are eliminated!

I was right! Also, I'm not sad because he was the least entertaining as far as I'm concerned. But it's stunning, because NFL stars typically do extremely well, so for him to be the first dancer gone is an embarrassment. In fact, as far as I can tell, no NFL player has ever been eliminated in the first six weeks, let alone first. But I think it's also an indication of how strong the field is this season.


Next week the dances will salute Hollywood. I predict Brant and Peta's dance will start with them sitting at a pottery wheel as "Unchained Melody" begins to play.

Survivor OMGOSH!

Okay this is starting out as I said in my subject line was "OMGOSH" ! Are my words for reasons that this just maybe a interesting season who knows.. I know I know they brought back returning players and there loved ones okay but I have to say this just maybe interesting.. I find it interesting they already voted out one of there own on each tribe & is this part of the twist or what? 

Well we will see so far so good I have to say and even though Colton is back hmmm lets see if he has REALLY changed or NOT! I am on the fence about it right now with him so we will see if he is truly changed for the better..

Redemption Island glad its back that way anyone I like will come back and have another chance to stay in the game.. One player id love to seen would of been Ozzie yes Ozzie was one great player and a loved one with him..

Okay folks enjoy and I will try to keep up to date and par on this.
