Survivor Heroes Vs Healers vs hustlers; I don't like snakes I see REALLY??

Starts out with Jeff saying "Come in guys" to "drop your buffs"! Then commercial really LOL! Its like they love to tease you with a good start then BANG Commercial haha! So it comes back everyone gets a new buff and anyone who had to put up with at the time I felt this true with Alan. Then Joe slithers in with his bizarre idiotic idea to stir things up almost the same as Alan did but different.

Below is a youtube video of some of the fun of drop your buffs lol! With commentary  of course !

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mtNCM6fhEp8

I truly did not see Alan going last night I wanted more than anyone for Joe to go last night. Okay he used his idol on himself which going back on his word to Desi that he would use it on her. To bad he didn't use it for her and watched his sorry butt go :)~  ! NO I never really liked Joe another lose cannon IMO and he is ignorant to JMO in the game. Now in real life I can't really say what he is like but being a parole Officer I think it is oh wait a Corrections officer that sounds about right.

https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTejZyNpE-2_VEUH8G6CkCJNwLXx0JMzEVjD3MA0z3IHS2rTOhJ  Now then we have a rewards challenge his new tribe doesn't win then he wants to talk about who to vote out after the immunity challenge opens mouth puts foot in it and puts a target on his back well it got him to use his idol lets hope he doesn't find another one please someone else find it not him! I think his tribe maybe keep a close eye on him to we shall see.

Oh before I forget Cole really needs to learn to keep his mouth shut telling everyone about Jessica advantage WOW! Last week though when he told everyone that Joe had an idol he was with him okay that is on him and Jessica didn't need to get all up on him about it that was his decision not hers. But this last night telling everyone about her advantage was not his place he just doesn't know how to keep secrets and things to himself I see him going not to far down the road maybe after the merge we shall see.

All in all I could not believe most of went down I felt for Alan started to like him as I seen he had chilled then again that could of been for the time and moment who knows. Joe needed to go last night but saved himself after going back on his word to Desi don't care if he used the idol but he said to her he would use it on her if I remember that right.

Have a great day may we all try to be kind to one another ! On that note till next week for more Survivor thoughts :)

'Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers' Tribe Swap Brings Drama in 'I Don't Like Having Snakes Around'

Without Heroes, Healers or Hustlers anymore, this season's castaways get down to the business of trying to use idols and advantages to make things exciting.
Courtesy of CBS
[This recap contains spoilers for the Wednesday, October 18 episode of Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers.]
Farewell, Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers. You were not the best of arbitrarily divided themes, but now you're done and it's time to get to the business of actually playing Survivor.
And wouldn't you know it? The season's first episode after a pre-credit tribal swap was easily the best episode of the season, establishing that even if this season doesn't have any clear heroes, it at least has an entertaining villain and some other entertaining oddities. Plus, one player full-on became Keanu Reeves before our eyes and if that's not entertaining, I don't know what is.
The tribal swap eliminated the randomly determined tribes and, as the best of tribal swaps do, it underlined several available storylines moving forward, without establishing clearly mismatched new clans.
Instead of Heroes, Healers and Hustlers, we now have:
Soko - The yellow-buffed tribe is made up of JP, Ryan, Ali, Chrissy, Roark. Roark, the season's most invisible player thus far, is the only former Healer on a tribe in which we're getting at least partial fulfillment on the promise of Chekhov's Immunity Super-Idol, with the uniting of Ryan and Chrissy. It's funny that Ryan said he gifted Chrissy with the idol because of the vibe he got from her and even funnier that Chrissy says that getting the idol made her feel loved, but since I like Chrissy and I like Ryan, I'll allow it. Because what was Ryan going to do? Say, "I looked at the composition of the tribe and I knew that either you or Katrina would be the weakest player and therefore the clear target"? No. He was not going to say that. And what was Chrissy going to do? Say, "Thanks for assuming I was weak, that was… sweet." No, she was not going to say that.
Yawa - The red-buffed tribe consists of Jessica, Cole, Mike, Lauren and Ben. Yes, that means that healer-of-the-economically disadvantaged model Cole and his virginal bae Jessica are still together, giving more opportunities to Jessica to realize that her infatuation with Cole is abdominal-deep. Also, separating Mike from his emotional blackmailer Joe is probably good for Mike's spirit, if not his game. And yes, that's three former Healers on one tribe, which would seem to bode well for the long-term hopes of that tribe, if you believe that a group of people with no real unifying characteristics will be faithful to the people they spent nine days with when they're brought back together again later.
Levu - The blue-buffed tribe includes Ashley, Alan, Desi, Joe and Devon. So that's two former Healers, in Desi and Joe, plus two former Heroes, in Alan and Ashley. But the two former Heroes happen to be people who were at each other's throats from the beginning. Plus, in Alan and Joe, the Levu tribe got the two players most likely to stir things up for no reason.
And? Guess what? Wednesday's episode revolved heavily around Levu and before going to tribal council, Joe and Alan both found a way to get up in each other's business, because that's who they are and Survivor probably wishes they could have put in another couple weeks of mutual irritation. Oh well. And Joe, who I hate in the way you're supposed to hate Survivor villains, ended up winning the day after making a mess of the day in the first place.
Did Joe really figure that he could tell Devon that the former Heroes wanted to vote him out without the Heroes making a plea of their own to the surf instructor? And did Joe really figure that whatever plea Ashley or Alan made wouldn't come across as more sincere? Surely Joe knows he's one of the least sincere-seeming people in the world? So Joe sullied his own good name by accident, but then turned around and tried making it to his advantage by badgering everybody pre-tribal in the hopes that he would put the target on himself so that he could play his own hidden idol, except that he somehow shifted the target more toward Desi, who demanded Joe play the idol for her as a sign of solidarity. So then at the tribal, Joe played his idol, but claiming he was able to read Ashley's eyes, he played it for himself and this was exactly correct. Ashley and Alan's votes against Joe were thrown out. Joe and Desi's votes against Alan stuck. Bye, Alan. Well-played, Joe, even if it would have been much more spiritually satisfying for Joe to have given the idol to Desi and then gone home in embarrassment. I obviously can't say for sure if Joe really did read Ashley's eyes or if he really never had any intention of giving her the idol, because no matter how loudly he protested, "giving somebody else an idol" doesn't feel like the sort of thing Joe would do. Alan and Ashley just chose poorly.
And that's before you get to poor Devon. He got a note saying he had an advantage that he couldn't open before tribal, but then he got to tribal and discovered that the advantage had been used against him, nullifying his vote. The neutralizing of Devon let him opine "That is not an advantage" Keanu-style and let us witness the excitement dim in his eyes. It didn't matter, of course. Had Devon been able to vote, there would have been three votes negated against Joe instead of two. The vote itself was unchanged. The funny twist would have been if Joe had given the idol to Desi and it had become a tie. That did not happen.
The advantage was played against Devon by Jessica, presumably to protect Desi and Joe, her fellow Healers. I'm not sure I get that choice. Jessica, who found the advantage in a bag of reward chips, wanted to keep the Healers strong and the tribe that had to go to tribal had two Healers, two Heroes and one Hustler. Voting Devon out would have been a no-brainer for Levu — get rid of the outlier, worry about the tie later -- in which case snubbing Devon's vote would have been worthless. But what if Joe had successfully stirred Devon's paranoia and he had been wrangled in to vote against Ashley and then his vote was neutralized and Jessica had forced a tie herself? Why would she not have used the advantage to take a vote away from one of the Heroes and strengthen the Healers advantage? Right?
Just seems odd to me. Maybe Jessica was distracted and confused by trying to figure out, for the second straight episode, why her beau hunk would tell people not aligned with them about something she thought was her secret. Or his secret, for that matter. Last week, Cole was telling anybody who would listen about Joe's idol, weakening the exclusivity of his knowledge in the name of alliance-building. That wasn't Cole's idol, but it was at least his knowledge. This week, he just sold out Jessica's advantage to Lauren and Cowboy Ben in the hopes that they would trust him eventually.
"He hurt me, whether he meant to or not," Jessica sniffled.
She added, "When I'm hurt, I always wonder, 'Was it me?'"
Poor Jessica. She has been hurt. She hopped in bed, metaphorically, with a guy who has a good sense of Survivor strategy, but no sense of Survivor pace and restraint. I'm really, really rooting for Jessica to come to her senses and stab Cole in the back. Soon. If she doesn't do it, he'll screw things up for her himself.
Let's get to some bottom lines...
Bottom Line, I. How many of Jeff Probst's Foo Fighters references did you get during the immunity challenge? There was "You are looking for both the color and the shape" and "In times like these, you need a little luck" and "You have to finish this, no matter however long it takes. Otherwise, it's a long road to ruin... at tribal council." There was at least one other that I think I noticed at the beginning, something about "weight" and I believe there was supposed to be a sixth. I'm not sure where. I'm also not sure why. But that's between Probst and the Survivor gods.
Bottom Line, II. I'm still sad for Jessica. The emotional betrayal courtesy of Cole was bad enough, but to get no real use out of something she was so pleased with! She thought it was a sign of her angel tapping her on the shoulder and saying "Bing!" and since Jessica is really religious, she actually may have meant that literally.
Bottom Line, III. With "I don't like having snakes around," Devon got the episodic title quote. That was more generous of the Survivor editors than honoring him for the also Keanu-esque, "That was a crazy one. What the hell just happened?" He could have saved time by just saying, "Whoa."
Bottom Line, IV. Since Roark got some exposure for her several seconds as odd-woman-out in her tribe and since Desi took an unwanted spotlight as potential target in hers, that left JP has this week's invisible castaway. Without Ashley to ogle him, JP could vanish for the rest of the season and just reemerge in the finale with a string of fish wondering how he made it so far.
Bottom Line, V. I don't quite get why Alan was Joe and Desi's target other than, "Well, he was." One minute Joe was calling Ashley out as the tribe's weak link and that, relatively speaking, may have been right. It's not that I disagree with voting Alan out. It's just odd for a player as out there as Alan to get voted out without real cause. It just didn't feel like Joe was punishing Alan as a threat. Hardly matters. No sweat.

The Toy Box now that was good TV IMO!

The Toy Box is what my TV Guide said while I am searching for a show to watch. I turn to it and if it wasn't really pretty good. It reminded me of the movie Big because it was about toys for kids or a kid who turns into adult over night.

No this show was actually really good what a clever idea having kids to judge the toys who knew :) ! I thought the kids were entertaining specially the two boys and one the I think 9 yr old girl lol! I liked the oldest girl on there she was 12 Olivia I think was her name.

Anyhow, I truly enjoyed it refreshing at the least to watch something and like it! Now it wasn't my usual HGTV shows I love to watch or Big Brother which is done for the season and it wasn't Wed night Survivor either. But boy I know I have said this like 5 times maybe more but I loved it the show that is!

Inventors would come out show there toy to the kids they would come play with it and at one point some guy came out with a toy you yell at ha ha omg that was dumb! Sorry but it was the oldest girl sat in her chair didn't get up but voted No on it good and thank god !

From what I gather not all the judges are the same but some are regulars and others on and off from what I think I am understanding.

I did like the inventors of the Water works construction I believe was what it was called. Now that was fun kids can build it anyhow they want. Hook a hose to it and play all kinds of imaginative ideas you could have.

Suvivor Heroes Vs Healers Vs Hustlers; Her kisses are private interesting and Patrick went bub bye :)~

Her kisses are private interesting she didn't so private on the show now huh lol! Jessica I liked I did then she sat there saying in the sit down like on Big Brother the diary room conversations but outside on the island. She states how could Cole just tell everyone about finding the Idol and that Joe had it blah blah really Jessica???

Oh yes almost forgot I like Lauren yes she talked a bit much at tribal though she made sense & I am glad she got to stay she is a fisherman she did and does more around camp than Patrick really did besides oh sorry he threw big branches on the ground watching some break :) !

Who are you really I mean he told people now others know what kind of threat maybe Joe will be!  Later on and knowing he has the idol if he feels he is on the hot seat he can use it or make him feel like he has nothing to worry about and blindside him out! Sorry I just don't some folks out there and how there thinking goes no never been on the show watched Survivor since it started in 2000.

I was so glad to see sour loser Patrick go when someone just gives that pouty look & then whines in the interview exit its like well what the hell did you think the game was about kid??? Not you its about a group of people who for a time will work together and then slowly vote out the weakest or the live wire of the group. I mean this kid was a live wire lose cannon as most said. SO with him gone I was not sad to see him go.

So on that note may you all be safe my heart and prayers to all those who survived that horrible horrific incident in Las Vegas a week ago today Sunday Oct.15th from the date of the shooting on Oct.8th,2017.  Stay safe enjoy life with family and friends everyone be kind it is refreshing :)

'Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers' Love Blooms in 'My Kisses Are Very Private'

Does 'Survivor' have not one, but two potential power couples? And does anybody know how long Lauren has played centerfield?
Courtesy of CBS
Jessica and Cole of 'Survivor.'
[This article contains spoilers for the Wednesday, October 11 episode of Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers.]
For half of this week's Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers, love was in the air.
Then all of that love turned out to be irrelevant and we got one of those fun endings where the Survivor editors left viewers without key pieces of information in order to make the tribal council vote a surprise.
From the outside, it felt to me like Ginger Patrick did a good job of damage control at the Hustlers tribe's latest visit to tribal council. He only took responsibility for his immunity challenge failures in the most roundabout way possible, but he eventually got to saying that he should have tagged out of the sandbags sooner. And he wasn't resistant when it was suggested to him that his social game wasn't as strong as he seemed to feel it was. He also was fairly respectful of Lauren's all-out attack on him, taking it as something she needed to do in order to stay alive, which was made easier because he was confident that she was going home no matter what she did. Basically, there was no part of his tribal council performance that pointed to changing the vote to go against him, so when Jeff Probst opined that some of the conversations may have swapped some votes, I just assumed that was an indication that Lauren was going home.
Instead, the votes went against Patrick and he was shocked and bitter. "You guys are awful," he told them. "This is the worst thing I've ever felt," Patrick said in his post-mortem interview and wished failure on his fellow Hustlers.
It wasn't a reaction that felt aligned with what we'd just watched. The editing of tribal made it look like only two people really talked and only two people were really discussed, so even if Patrick had been reassured by his buds before leaving camp, he had to be aware that there were only two options and one of them was him. So of course it's always possible that there were whole other tribal council tangents in which people talked about how Devon's abs were distracting the team or how Ali's demands for Hollywood-style perks were getting on everybody's nerves. Or else, and this is more likely, there was a chat right before tribal when somebody made a persuasive case that with a tribal shuffle inevitably coming, Lauren will have fewer people trying to woo her and therefore will be less likely to be flipped. And everybody agreed to vote Patrick. I'm well aware that if they show us that conversation, there's no drama to tribal council, but if they don't show us that conversation, we don't know which Hustler is persuasive and steering the ship.
Or maybe Lauren just made the best argument of all: "I've never believed a redhead a day in my life."
Maybe the vote against Patrick was just straight-up anti-ginger prejudice.
It was hard for me to get invested one way or the other. Patrick's edit this week didn't focus as heavily on his more annoying social traits and even the conversation with Lauren in the shallow water, a conversation that left Lauren irate and complaining about Patrick smirking and taunting her, didn't come across that awful to me. He definitely should have let somebody else throw sandbags at blocks in the immunity challenge, especially given that Lauren has 25 years of baseball or softball experience under her belt, but I'm not omniscient enough to know the difference between inaccuracy based on fatigue and inaccuracy based on the precision of aiming at the last few targets. If Patrick was feeling strong still and he'd done a good job up until that point, who am I to say he should have subbed out just because other throwers had switched out on other tribes? We knew that Lauren had 25 years of centerfield experience because she told us several times, but maybe she hadn't gotten to that part of her biography at camp yet? Also, it looked like the Hustlers were just slow stacking their blocks at the end of the challenge. Was nobody to blame there?
Definitely at this point in the game, Lauren would have been the more predictable vote on "It keeps our tribe strong" grounds and also "She's the one who doesn't fit in with our good times" grounds. It's almost impressive that the Hustlers eschewed that easy path. I wonder if they made a mistake. Yes, we assume the younger players tend to be more social butterfly-y and strategically changeable, but there are a few older players left in the game who might find Lauren a workable piece after a shuffle or merge. Chrissy and Cowboy Ben might be able to sway her. She might gravitate toward a Mike in the right situation. Who knows? [Strange fact: Lauren is, at 35, much younger than I thought she was. I'd have thought both she and Cowboy Ben were both five or 10 years older.]
There's a level on which I'm sad that either Lauren or Patrick had to go home, because they're both distinctive types separate from the interchangeable masses and the interchangeable masses are beginning to pair up.
Even if JP, Devon and Cole are all different people, they all serve a similar eye candy role. Ashley and Jessica are also different people, but serve similar roles. So who is surprised that JP and Ashley are pairing off and Cole and Jessica are pairing off? I can't tell if this means that Devon is destined to hook up with Roark, or if I'm just profiling Roark because she's blonde and young and I don't know much about her because we're three episodes in and she's talked maybe twice.
I'll admit it. I'm kinda into Cole and Jessica. She's a socially awkward 29-year-old virgin. He's a secret-blurting 24-year-old Ken doll with altruistic tendencies. Can they find sweet, sweet sandy love on the beaches of Fiji while also progressing in the direction of one or the other of them winning a million dollars? Cole seems much more physically gifted and therefore physically threatening, so Jessica is far better positioned to draft along for a while and make a good move or two and I loved watching her horror as Cole told anybody who would listen about Joe's idol. It's going to be interesting to see if Jessica has a moment where she realizes the limitations of her puppy love. It'll be interesting to find out how much of her religious backstory Jessica has told Cole.
I'm much less into Ashley and JP because JP's personality is a conspicuous lack of personality. You can tell from the way everybody is talking about him. He's just this well-meaning, decent, fish-wrangling slab of man-meat and Ashley's just slobbering from a distance. You can say what you want about whether Alan's behavior in that first episode was crazy and excessive, but he had only one goal and that was to make sure that Ashley and JP couldn't become a workable power couple. He didn't care if they were a power couple for real at that moment. He saw in them the potential to be a power couple. By antagonizing them and making sure everybody was conscious of what was happening with them, he made Ashley self-conscious and now they feel unable to become the power couple Ashley wants them to be. JP doesn't care. He just wants to catch fish and be strong.
Some Bottom Lines...
Bottom Line, I. Cole didn't need to tell everybody about Joe's idol because Joe was already alienating people as was. Who complains that their Survivor potato chips weren't crispy enough? You can eat raw potatoes, Joe. Or give your undercooked potatoes to somebody else! Regardless, it was always going to be semi-easy to ostracize Joe because, as I've said before, he was the Healers outlier. His personality and approach was never going to line up completely with the rest of the tribe and you could have squeezed him out in a different way. And by having the conversation as early as he did, before it was made necessary by an immunity loss, Cole expanded the number of people who could now be told about the idol after a shuffle. So whatever power his knowledge gave him, he diluted it for no reason.
Bottom Line, II. The concentration on Cole and Jessica when we've spent time with the Healers has left us with two really blank spots for Roark and Desi. It's easier to make the assumption that JP is dull because of how people have spoken about him. Nobody's said a word about Roark and Desi and they've barely said a word about themselves.
Bottom Line, III. Because the Hustlers have lost the past two weeks, they've gotten a lot of screentime and they've also contributed the most needless reenforcing of the tribal themes. Hustlers keep talking about how they're hustling, while the Heroes and Healers haven't mentioned being heroic or healing for a long time. Again, give me a shuffle and then the season can actually begin.
Bottom Line, IV. I needed more of a payoff from Ryan appropriating Simone's thigh-high boots. Are they going to be mentioned again or was it just an odd way to start an episode? Which is more likely to return in a crucial role: Chekhov's Super-Immunity Idol or Chekhov's Simone's Thigh-High Boots?
Bottom Line, V. In an episode of romantic or objectifying babble, Jessica got the episode-title quote, but my favorite florid observation was Ashley's, "Every time he walks out of the ocean with a different animal on his spear, something happens inside me."
Bottom Line, VI. Serious Patrick was Scary Patrick. The poor loser who appeared after the votes were read is not a guy you want out there with you in Survivor, so better for the Hustlers, H-U-S-T-L-E-R Hustlers, that they only saw it after Patrick was sent packing.
Bottom Line, VII. Lauren has played centerfield for 25 years.
Be sure to check out Josh Wigler's awesome producer and exit interviews and head back next week for another recap!

Survivor Heros Vs Healers Vs Hustlers going going GONE just like that WOW!

I can say what a show last week with Alan making a idiot out of himself sorry but he did. I mean really?? I was hoping he would of gone and not Katrina I liked her actually I thought she would of been great for challenges she has the physical and mental for sure. I mean Olympian and still in good health and condition for a lady of her age.

I don't like Chrissy some say she is a smart player really? If she was so smart then why did she vote out Katrina like that not use the super idol to keep her they could of rid Alan! Sorry folks Alan is not a hero a NFL player is not a hero sorry they play a sport a game a football game not something they go out and become a hero like a firefighter or medics who save lives everyday or doctors so on.

So they voted out Simone which was not my first choice after Patrick open mouth and pretty much put his foot in it and then acting like a 11 yr old in a 25 yr old body? Uh okay sure yeah right just what that tribe doesn't need. I guess they figured he is not a real threat right now though Simone yes was smart then I got to hear this " Its so hot out here there is no air condition" REALLY HONEY your in a island in a game called SURVIVOR HA HA!

Other than that I like Ryan so far and few others for instance Lauren she is fun a fisherman lady like her she is strong one to right now. I guess we shall see how far some of these people go and I do like Mike he seems like a good guy funny to IMO. Joe finding the idol but with Cole help I mean really Cole should have that idol not dippy do Joe again don't like him much right now at all.

Lose cannon just like Patrick in some ways Joe is another one who needs to go soon again shall see I guess.

On that note folks enjoy may your day be awesome stay safe and my heart and prayers to the victims of the mass shooting in Las Vegas. L

'Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers': Which Tribe is the Strongest?
'Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers': Which Tribe is the Strongest?
Kim Stempel
Kim Stempel
Contributing Writer, BuddyTV
Season 35 of Survivor has organized contestants into three separate tribes based on how others see them. This intriguing premise is certainly adding some additional layers to Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers. After all, can someone labeled a "Healer" be a self-centered person who calls his fellow Healers "victims?" If you are Joe, the probation officer, you certainly can -- with a smile.

Now that we have seen the tribes in action, we can evaluate which Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers tribe is the strongest this season. Let's break it down.

The Levu Tribe (Heroes)

This tribe was off to a promising start. They were the second tribe to reach the beach and light their torch, so they received flint as a prize. There are several physically dominant players on the Heroes tribe, such as Ben, who is a Marine, and Alan, who is a former NFL player. Ashley is a lifeguard, so she is a fantastic asset for the water and swimming challenges. The first immunity challenge was a wake-up call for the group. They came in last place so they were the first tribe to attend tribal council. The second challenge for immunity and a reward went a bit better, and the tribe grabbed second place and a small fishing kit.

Socially, this tribe is a wreck. There was a "core four" comprised of Alan, Ben, Ashley and J.P, which left Katrina and Chrissy on the fringes of the group. Alan became paranoid about J.P. and Ashley becoming a "power couple," and decided that he needed to strip-search J.P. to see if he had an idol. The firefighter consented, which was a bit odd, although he indeed had nothing to hide. Alan hoped to cast suspicion on J.P. and Ashley. Chrissy had received a secret Super Idol from Ryan on the Hustlers' tribe. It had to be used at the first tribal council, but Chrissy held onto it, rather than saving Katrina. I must confess that keeping the idol to use purely as a decoy was a brilliant idea.

After that initial tribal, everyone decided that Alan was too crazy to align with, and there were continued fears that J.P. and Ashley were a "power couple." Ben decided that the "core four" was no more. In the end, Chrissy and Ben decided to work together for as long as possible, becoming an undercover "power couple."

The Soko Tribe (Healers)

This tribe has several members that are physically strong, like Joe, the probation officer, social worker Roark, and Cole, the wilderness guide. In challenges, this tribe has some impressive statistics. In the first challenge, the Healers were the first to reach the beach and stick their torch in the burning urn that was hanging above the sand. As a reward, the tribe received the fire-making kit. In the first immunity challenge, the Healers handily won with Mike and Desi moving the ball on the maze/puzzle. The second challenge, for both immunity and a huge fish-catching kit, was also won by the Healers. The unbeatable combination of Desi, a physical therapist, and Mike, a urologist, came from behind and finished the sign-post puzzle first. (Brains do matter, people!)

The Healers' lovable, idol-hunting, super fan, Mike annoys Joe, who is actively plotting how to manipulate his tribe mates, and wants to get rid of Mike. Other than a tense discussion between Mike and Joe about if Mike had an idol, the tribe has largely remained peaceful.  This group, for the most part, really seems to like each other. Joe even shows Cole a map that he found on a tree trunk that had clues to find an idol. This duo worked together, and after they dug in the dirt for a bit, Joe located the idol. The only real draw back for this tribe is Joe and his manipulative behavior.

The Yawa Tribe (Hustlers)

The Hustlers were off to a bad start. Before jumping off the boat, Ryan found a secret advantage, which was a Super Idol that had to be used at the first tribal, or gifted to a member of the tribe that was attending tribal. Once it was time to reach the beach, the tribe rowed off in the wrong direction -- several times. Since they were the last tribe to reach the beach, they received no fire-making tools. This hard-working tribe was organized by fisherman Lauren when creating their camp.

There are a couple of physically fit competitors on this tribe, such as Devon, the surfer, and Patrick, who owns a small business. The Hustlers took second place in the immunity challenge, and won flint. The second immunity challenge involved a lot of diving and swimming, so Devon, as a surfer, handed the tribe a commanding lead. It wasn't long before Ali and Simone, the tribe's puzzle solvers, fell behind the other teams, and the Hustlers went to tribal council. It was obvious that Simone is a weak player who does not enjoy being outdoors, although some tribe members considered keeping her based on her loyalty alone. I am wondering why Simone wanted to join Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers in the first place.

The harmony of the tribe was destroyed by Patrick, and his unpredictability and insistence on loudly entertaining as many people as possible -- all the time. He tried Lauren's patience to the breaking point, and although everyone stuck together to vote Simone out, it is obvious that a showdown is going to occur. This fracture in the group could make things dicey for this tribe.

I think that the Healers' tribe has both physical strength and, for the most part, tribal unity. I think that the Healers have the strongest tribe on season 35 of Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers.

What do you think of this season so far? Do you think that the Hustlers' tribe can unite? Will Chrissy and Ben stay united? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section below.
